This is a really useful feature which now has replaced creating Zoom/Meet calls. Not to forget the recently added feature of Huddle. It works well on the web, and doesn't discriminate betweent he mobile/desktop/web versions. We sometimes also use them as polls (thums up/down) for quick polls, even though we have poll app integrations :D
Pinning items, starring messages, grouping chats, etc - all very intuitive and highly used features for me.Įmoji reactions - you can give multiple - that's a very good thing for reacting to things from other co-workers. That's a huge discount on the mental toll exerted by opening all the different websites separately. Everything comes in one place - and I don't need to get out of Slack to get to all these other services separately. I love the shortcuts the most, it gets me to conversations fast.Ībsolutely love and cannot do without all the third party app integrations - be it github, gcal, shoutout apps, etc.
